(1) Any person selling or distributing any foodstuff of quality, level, quantity or circumference lower than the quality, level, quantity or circumference specified in accordance with this Act or adulterated foodstuff or any foodstuff The province or local level can monitor and inspect the matter in their area.

(2) During the monitoring and inspection according to sub-section (1), if anyone is found to have done any work contrary to this Act, the provincial government or the local level will be subject to monitoring or inspection. The appointed officer or inspector shall comply with Section 4A of this Act. and can use the right according to section 8. Information about it should be given to the investigating officer.

(3) If during the monitoring and inspection according to this section, it is necessary to prosecute someone according to this act, the officer according to sub-section (2) of this act It should be sent to the investigating and prosecuting officer according to the law.”
